In 1980, ADC employees formed the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 44 and dedicated the Lodge to supporting all ADC and ADJC employees in the pursuit of fair wages, employment stability and better working conditions.  For the last 41 years, we are still determined to offer a more professional alternative to traditional law enforcement representation.
