WARDEN EYMAN CURVED BADGE RELICA
In 1934, Tucson Police Officer Fran Eyman was one of several officers who captured John Dillinger in downtown Tucson. Eyman, who later became the Warden (Director) of the Arizona State Prison in Florence (1955-1972) transported Dillinger to Chicago. While there, he had the opportunity to visit the FOP Lodge and he was so impressed that he returned to Tucson and established the first FOP Lodge in Arizona.
Warden Frank Eyman's 6-Point Star is on display at the Correctional Officer Training Academy.
